King For A Day

This band features members of Roosevelt's Inaugural Parade and the Great Detroit Riverboat Race. We can be thankful they chose a slightly less verbose name for their new effort. King for A Day draw from the same well as bands like the Promise Ring, Mineral, Jimmy Eat World, et al. Is it possible to review something like this without invoking the "E" word? Since they fall squarely into said category and pull it off quite well, why not call an emo geek an emo geek.
