Sloan have announced plans to play Smeared in full at a Toronto performance this fall.

On November 30, the beloved outfit will perform their 1992 debut in its entirety at the Concert Hall — and it could be both the first and last time they do so.

As they shared on Instagram, "This will be the first time we've ever played our first album from front to back! We won't be touring this album as we've done with previous full-album shows, so, for the moment, this could be the only time we play Smeared in its entirety."

Like previous full album performances, the evening will also see Sloan perform a set of other favourites, "potentially with some era-specific rare songs from Peppermint and beyond."

Tickets for Sloan's November performance go on sale Thursday (September 5) at 10 a.m. local time via Collective Concerts.

Sloan treated both Smeared and Peppermint to vinyl issues earlier this year — the former getting the box set treatment, and the latter arriving on peppermint-coloured and standard black wax.
