This year's JUNO Awards are quickly approaching, and even more programming is hitting Halifax leading up to the main festivities. JUNOfest will take over Nova Scotia's capital and neighbouring Dartmouth on March 22 and 23.

Over 100 artists from all over Canada will play small venues across the two cities, led by some of this year's JUNO nominees. The first round of artists boasts Begonia, Leith Ross, TOBi, recent Exclaim! cover star BAMBII, Haviah Mighty, Softcult, Scratch Bastid, Rêve and myst milano.

Other artists joining the flock so far include Dave Sampson, Good Lovelies, Logan Staats, Mistress Barbara, Quake Matthews, Jah’Mila, Shawnee Kish and the East Pointers. More acts are to be announced.

Wristbands for the weekend of CBC Music-presented shows are $50 plus fees, and grant access to the entire run of JUNOfest programming. Get them — and the festival's schedule — on the JUNO Awards' website.

The 2024 JUNO Awards will take place on March 24 at 8 p.m. at Halifax's Scotiabank Centre.
